Is Holistic pet food and Holistic Vet care better for puppy/dog versus Allopatic medicine and cheeper food.?

I have started my new pup (11 wks.old) on Holistic Pet Nutrition and reward him with snacks of peas, baby carrots and sparringly some cottage cheese in his dry dog food. So far no bad diarrhea. But I can’t find a list of Holistic only Vets because most Vet care is Allopathic medicine.
